If you have a disability or disadvantage and are struggling to gain and/or maintain employment, we can help!
We provide supported employment. We work with you to understand what you like to do and match your skills, experience and aspirations to job roles in the local area.
We also work with lots of employers and are always making new relationships, which helps in our aim to get you into work as soon as possible. Once you get a job we provide support for as long as you need it, at your place of work and throughout your career.

Ways into Work has a great track record spanning 20 years of successfully working with a wide range of commissioners including Local Authorities, Schools and Colleges, Grant Funded Projects and Trusts, to provide supported employment services, supported internships and job coaching programs within education.
At the heart of this work is the aim to secure employment for those who face barriers in a timely, cost effective way whilst meeting the varying outcome goals of each of our Commissioning partners.
There is growing data supporting the fact that commissioning high quality, outcome-focused supported employment results in significant financial savings to local authorities and health trusts as well as to the exchequer itself.
