We have a long history of working closely with
health & social care teams
in adults and children’s services, as well as
education providers,
JCP’s, other employment support providers and many organisations in the third sector and beyond.
OUR COMMUNITY
We consider our funders not just as a source but another collaboration to meet mutual aims. We work closely alongside our key funders in adult social care. We are always open to working with new partners, whether that’s about referring to each other, applying for funding or something else.
Members of the community can also be great partners, through referring, fundraising, advocating or networking for us. So many of our agendas overlap and we actively encourage a joined up person centred approach.
Wood to Work Partnership
Read about one of our partnerships, Wood to Work, that was launched in October 2021, between us, Oxford Wood Recycling, and Oxfordshire Employment.
The aim of Wood to Work is to help individuals, in and around South Oxfordshire, who have various employment barriers due to their health or a disability, to enter the world of work. This includes supporting them in gaining permanent positions or work experience in a variety of industries.
