The Team
Delivered by Ways into Work CiC who work with over 250 employers and over 550 clients with disabilities across Berkshire, West Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxford. We support clients into paid employment and employers with their recruitment needs and agenda to introduce diversity and inclusion across their workforce.

Caroline Hood
Disability Awareness Manager
Caroline, who is BASE Qualified has worked for Ways into Work, initially as an Employment Coach for the past six years. With vast experience of supporting the Jobseeker and Employer to effect a good job match.
Caroline knows about the challenges that both Jobseekers and Employers can face, so is well qualified to provide practical advice and support.
Emma Shuttleworth
Disability Awareness Trainer
Emma who has lived experience, not only works as a trainer on the DAT team for Ways into Work but also has a second job working at a supermarket as a sales assistant.
Emma is well qualified to support you and put you at ease. Listening to her experience is really insightful and truly inspirational. Emma can give the practical support that only someone with lived experience can offer.
