VARIOUS ROLES

Ways into Work is an employee owned social enterprise with a clear mission: Changing Lives One Job at a Time. We support people with a disability or other barrier to gain and maintain employment.  We do this by inspiring and supporting the business community to realise a society where equal opportunities and life chances exist for everyone.  With over 60% of the people we support in work, and 90% retained in work we are really proud of the impact we are making.  Working with us can be challenging, but we pride ourselves on providing an excellent workplace culture, and the reward of changing someone’s life is second to none!

We are currently recruiting for front line delivery staff; all roles contribute to the supported employment process, each with a different area of focus.
