Business Support Co-ordinator 
Looking for a co-ordinating and Project Administration role with flexible hours?

Starting salary 30 hours per week, weekdays, at £11 per hour
Can agree hours to suit school drops for example

This is an exciting opportunity for a person to join our passionate team as the Business Support 
Co-ordinator to help us to support individuals with disabilities or disadvantages into employment. You will lead small projects to improve our processes and admin, support our new Café and help to produce our monthly payroll. 

Key responsibilities are:
• To ensure the delivery of small projects that will be assigned by the Business Support Manager and the SLT Members through the Business Support Manager
• The scope of the projects to include:
o The two main operational systems, Breathe (HR) and Aramis (CRM)
o The correct and appropriate use of these systems by staff 
o Strategic activities through the business in line with the strategic plans
o Improvement projects identified by the Business Support Manager and Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
o The projects may be administrative, involve co-ordination or include activities as required, to support the Business Support Manager
• To support the finance and compliance aspects of the Café
• To support the monthly production of the payroll and other finance processes across the business
• To provide cover for other Business Support colleagues as required
• To work flexible hours to support the needs of the role

Profile
The successful candidate will need to have the following skills and experience:
• Experience of working with Payroll production, payroll systems and book-keeping processes 
• Experience of working with improving business processes, audit and/or compliance
• Excellent communication skills, energy and enthusiasm
• Ability to use varied IT systems and good understanding of the importance of operational systems
• Good organisational skills with the ability to balance the needs of Business Support.
• Easy access to the centre of Reading is essential
• A sense of humour, someone who share our values and wants to make a real difference to someone’s life
