We work with the following organisations to provide support to individuals throughout Berkshire and Hampshire.
The Berkeley Foundation was set up by the Berkeley Group in March 2011. It is a registered charity that supports young people and their communities across London and the South of England. They are currently funding us to work with young people who do not meet eligibility criteria for our existing projects, and who would not otherwise have access to a Supported Employment service.
The Blagrave Trust is a funder dedicated to supporting young people aged 14-25 to transition successfully into adulthood. They are currently funding us to work with a small group of young people from Dove House School in Basingstoke.
British Association of Supported Employment
The British association for supported employment (BASE) is the national trade association for the supported employment sector. As a member organisation we work closely with BASE in their aims to support, promote and develop the principles and provision of supported employment. Our Managing Director Laura Davis is the Chair of BASE and we work continuously towards all our staff achieving the BASE accredited qualification in Supported Employment.
Building Better Opportunities
The BBO project- Building Better Opportunities- commissions us to help develop people with a disadvantage or disability.
Disability Confident is the governments scheme that is designed to help businesses recruit and retain disabled people and people with health conditions for their skills and talent. We are a Level 2 registered business in this scheme.
The Elevate project is funded by the European social fun and commissions us to help young adults who are NEET into paid employment, across RBDM and Berkshire
Hampshire County Council
Hampshire county council commission us to support adults with learning disabilities into paid employment, through their CTLPD service.
Manor Green School
Based in Maidenhead, Manor Green School is a Centre of Excellence for Inclusion and one of the most successful special schools in the country. We have been working with them for several years to support a cohort of their students every year to access work experience, and part time employment alongside their education as well as various paid employment options at the end of their education.

Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead Council
The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead commission us to support people over 18 with a disability or disadvantage into paid employment
West Berkshire Council
West Berkshire council commission us to support young adults from education into paid employment. This is during education and provide support for what comes after.
