We work with disadvantaged Job Seekers to move them closer to employment  by getting to know them well, creating a Development Plan, supporting  with job applications and ultimately providing support in the workplace.

OUR PROCESS


When we work with Job Seekers this is the process we go through:
  • Getting to know you, the job seeker and the important people in your life.
  • Identifying your job aspirations and agreeing the steps you may need to take to up skill if necessary.
  • Understanding employer’s needs and identifying vacancies.
  • Matching you at the appropriate time to suitable job opportunities. 
  • Getting to know the job, working environment and team.
  • Supporting you and the employer though the recruitment process.
  • Supporting you and your employer in the workplace.
  • Promoting personal development and career progression.

SUPPORT WE PROVIDE


Along the way we will complete a Vocational Profile and a Development Plan mapping out steps needed to move you closer to employment. We may support you with these kinds of things if relevant to you:
  • Good quality but time limited work experience to build skills.
  • Support writing CV’s and completing application forms.
  • Traineeships and Apprenticeships.
  • A Supported Internship program. 
  • Signposting to employment biased or other types of relevant training.
  • Applying for jobs.
  • Support in an interview.
  • In work support/job coaching.
  • Travel training.
  • Signposting and guidance when relevant on benefits and how they can be affected if you are employed.
