Previous experience in this field is an advantage but not essential, as training will be given

Ways into Work are excited to work with Hampshire County Council in delivering this contract and are looking for new team members to join us. If you are creative, confident, dedicated and prepared to go the extra mile to support individuals and employers, you could be just who we are looking for! You will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team and will possess excellent communication skills, to help individuals with a disability or at a disadvantage gain Employment.    We have the following vacancy:

Employment Coach- 30-37 hours a week covering the east of the county. You base will be determined by where you live.

£17,150-£18,990 FTE depending on experience and level of responsibility.
